Sterling Automotive Group is seeking experienced Body Shop Technicians who take pride in serving Acadiana and being a part of a successful family-owned and operated business!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform structural or replacement repairs to all assigned vehicles
Restore assigned vehicles to pre-accident condition in accordance with industry standards and factory specifications
Make “repair or replace” decisions concerning safety, costs, and cycle time
Communicate and work closely with Body Shop Manager and Estimators on vehicle repair status
Ongoing requirement to complete any mandatory certifications and training provided by the dealership and stay up to date with new technology
Must follow all dealership and industry standard safety policies and procedures

Do you have what it takes?

Must have two or more years of experience as a Body Shop Technician
Must be coachable, have strong communication skills, and be able to work well with others as well as independently
Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check & drug screen
Required to have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and be at least 21 years of age or have 3 full years of driving record
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
