Parts Warehouse Associate

We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in serving Acadiana and being part of a successful family-owned and operated business.
Our Parts Warehouse Associate is a full-time position that plays an important role in the success of our parts department. The main responsibility is the safe and timely pickup and delivery of automotive parts, but this role also supports overall warehouse operations, including inventory, stocking, and assisting Parts Advisors as needed.
Key Responsibilities & Job Duties:
- Pickup and deliver parts as needed between local dealerships and automotive parts retailers
- Plan daily driving routes based on delivery needs
- Check in and unload freight deliveries, stocking parts in their designated areas
- Assist with maintaining an organized, accurate inventory and notify manager of shortages or out-of-stock items
- Fill in for or assist Parts Advisors with customer and internal service requests when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/work area
- Practice safe driving at all times, both on Sterling property and on the road
- Provide excellent service to internal and external customers
- May require lifting of up to 50 lbs
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- At least 21 years of age, or minimum 3 full years of licensed driving experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional demeanor, appearance, and dependability
- Must be coachable, adaptable, and willing to assist wherever needed
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
