Automotive Sales Consultant
Sterling Automotive Group is seeking highly motivated sales professionals for our brand new Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Maurice, LA!
As a Sales Consultant, you are responsible for guiding customers through the purchase of new and used vehicles at Sterling Automotive. Success in this role relies on strong communication across digital platforms, social selling, and in-person interactions. You will support customers throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to delivery and post-sale follow-up. Strong product knowledge, the ability to overcome objections, and a relationship-focused approach are essential to building long-term customer loyalty and generating referrals.

- The ideal candidate must be coachable, able to listen and understand customer needs/wants, and maintain professional demeanor & appearance
- Must be available to work flexible hours & weekends
- Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check & drug screen
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and be at least 21 years of age or have 3 full years of driving experience due to insurance purposes
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required
