Sterling Automotive Group is seeking a Lot Associate for our brand new upcoming Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Maurice, LA set to open this summer!

As a Lot Associate, you will maintain the dealership car lot to provide an organized, safe, and efficient means of viewing and maneuvering of vehicles. You’ll perform a variety of dealership responsibilities as it relates to vehicle and key check-in, and maintaining vehicle inventory.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receive and organize incoming new vehicle inventory from transport trucks
  • Take high-quality photos of vehicles and upload them to the company website
  • Arrange and maintain the vehicle lot according to manager guidelines
  • Safely maneuver and park vehicles—including large trucks and manual transmissions—in tight spaces
  • Assist sales staff and customers with locating vehicles on the lot
  • Perform duties outdoors in all weather conditions, with extended periods of walking and standing
  • Uphold Sterling’s commitment to professionalism and excellence at all times

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

  • A safe, confident driver with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to drive and park all vehicle types, including heavy-duty and manual transmission
  • Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
  • A professional, coachable attitude and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Minimum 21 years of age or 3 full years of driving experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
