Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our Service Department. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the service process while providing clear communication, accurate estimates, and an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
This is a fast paced position that requires strong organization, the ability to multitask, and excellent customer service skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist customers throughout the entire service process from vehicle check in through repair completion
• Provide daily updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs
• Communicate with Service Technicians to relay vehicle diagnoses and repair updates
• Clearly explain repair recommendations and cost estimates to customers
• Ensure customers receive a seamless and positive service experience
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple repair orders at once
Requirements & Job Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong multitasking, organization, and time management skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (must be 21+ or have 3 years driving experience)
• High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule
Full time Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Some Saturdays required from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
